At JOINTIX, we offer a curated shopping experience through a dropshipping model. To maintain our low prices and efficient operations, all sales are final. We follow a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.

Please read the details below before placing your order.

1. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or slight color variations due to screen displays. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

2. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS)

We only evaluate issues if the product delivered is completely damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

To report a damaged or wrong item, you must contact us at jointixindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR CLAIMS:

To prevent fraud, you must provide a continuous, unedited video of unpacking/unboxing the package showing the shipping label and the damage clearly. Without a proper unboxing video, no claims for replacement or resolution will be entertained.

3. EXCHANGES

We do not offer standard exchanges. If your claim for a damaged or wrong product is approved based on your unboxing video proof, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly with our third-party suppliers. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
